Combat Exp +1000% on Seasonal servers

Hello!
So how exactly does this work, if at all?
My seacon alt on season server, level 61, grinds ~5% per hour, with only +530% combat exp scroll.
Same alt on same season server on the same spot grinds same 5% per hour while +1000% combat exp is on.
Does it stack at all, or this hot time exp buff +1000% is not working on season servers, or I missing something?
Any advice?

the 1000% exp is live on all servers currently as part of the event

Yes, I can see this icon in the top left corner, but the question is why my exp gain is the same with or without this buff.

The 530 should stack with the 1000, not aware about a hard cap. Without other buffs season and normal servers all have 1000% base atm because of the event.

Are those the only EXP buffs you have going? You don't have lightstone combo or crystals as well?
