I want to start by saying that the developer fed us "wet" stories on YouTube, "audiobooks," where many things about the class were clearly stated, but it was all a lie.
First, these stories stated that Seraph's original power, Ensla, was Angel. And she also had the power of the dark spirit, the Dark Side. And that she uses both, not just one, but both.
From this conclusion, the developer was already lying to us.
So, the character in this reality is only more or less passable in Black Desert Mobile, but in the PC version, she's dead.
According to the lore, we're supposed to use two stances, alternating between them, accumulating Darkness in Angel and temporarily switching from Angel to Darkness. But what did they bring?
They correctly brought a 5% character remnant, a shell and visuals. They didn't implement the character mechanics; they simply don't exist; they're 99% unavailable.
The character needs to be completely reworked in one of two ways:
First. Transfer the entire Angel stance to the first one, build up "Energy," and then temporarily enter Darkness.
Second: We sit in Absolutes, build up Energy, and temporarily enter the chosen Angel or Darkness stance.
Currently: Light mode utilizes her basic hand skills, but Dark mode does not. Light mode can burst, Dark mode cannot. Light mode can enhance E, Dark mode cannot. Light mode can capture, Dark mode cannot. Also, with the Black Spirit Restriction, we're in a stance for 60 seconds, and we gain Black Spirit in about 4 minutes. That means we enter a stance about 12 times per hour, which isn't a huge difference in damage compared to Absolutes, and Absolutes don't deal that much damage.
Currently, the class has no damage, no mechanics, and no playability.
The class has a shell and visual effects.
A complete character rework is required.
Adding a 1.5% spirit regeneration every 10 seconds won't save her. Instead of 4 minutes, we'll be spending 3 minutes 40-45 seconds on a stance; that won't change anything.
Major changes are needed, including a complete rework of the mechanics (which don't exist) and the character herself.
I'd also like to add that this character has many issues in this patch, not just the ones listed above, such as movement, damage, and so on, but also a problem with survivability at high locations. She only has one Healing skill, "Shift+F," that does any damage, while other characters have multiple Healing skills that are used in Combo Combos. She has two additional skills, "S+F" and "S+RMB," that have 0% crit chance, are slow and basically unusable.
Either she needs to be sped up by 2x and at least have a 30-35% crit chance, or she needs to transfer these Healing skills to skills like "Shift+LMB" and some other skill, but not to these two skills, which have no crit chance and are insanely slow. The character also doesn't have a stance-free area at all... in many spots, the same "shift+e", "shift+right-click", and even her "Mechanics" in absolutes on the same "Tunras" don't hit monsters at all, the character simply doesn't have an area...
This is the correct take on the new class. No one is playing it in my guild; such a waste. Why wasn't this play-tested? And, if it was...what were they thinking?
Feels like they wanted to put drakania into ascension and completely forgot how well they actually designed awakened drakania.

She needs to be able to swap stance like the Drakania does in combat and have flow between the two
