Again a feedback of thing that is lack of information.
You should provide examples on matter and not just say something that you think is correct.
Which Items are you talking about?
And what is the source of information to low counts?
"Craftable Items sold have less value than the individual materials added together, which of course leads to extremely few items being sold."
Which items are we talking about? Worker crafted? = Worker crafted items are mostly outdated and needs update.
But player crafted or made items in most of cases will increase raw materials value
Platinum Ore that can be collected via workers
Processed to Melted Platinum Shards and then sold in market increases Ore value by 37% even after taxes
Products will always have high and low values, that is how economy in ANY MMO game works. It is all about production and demand numbers. And if the value of products is increased by 1000 times, it will not mean that you can sell it.
Craftings biggest issue in most cases is the needed time to do it, but that can usually be used as short time AFK like getting a food or toilet time.
Btw this is kinda funny sentece
"Altering the prices of materials shouldn't affect the overall prices of the craftable items, however there should never be a time, where the outcome of my long work and effort, is so much less than if I sold the materials seperately."
When just moment ago you had feedback asking for 1000x increase to raw materials values. So then we need to increase crafted product value also by 1000x?
Right now Balenos meal cost 21k silver and with that idea in mind it would be 21mil silver
And what about Cooking Boxes? would they also get a increase in value from 800k to 800mil per box to keep equal value?
Increasing base material value will only increase current inflation in Economy
"Again a feedback of thing that is misinformation"
Hmmm, and here I was thinking what a nice and kind person to take the time to answer and ask questions about my suggestions. But now it is a lot more adversarial and starting out with "misnformation" is taking it Too Far! You obviously do not speak English on a daily basis, which might be an excuse, but it doesn't shield you from the consequences of your own actions.
At NO point in time, have I EVER given "misinformation" in any of my posts here on this forum, literally nothing I have written has been a lie, or intended to mislead people who read it. That is one of the reasons I take the time to answer, and to explain, as well as ask many questions.
"But player crafted or made items in most of cases will increase raw materials value Processed to Melted Platinum Shards and then sold in market increases Ore value by 37% even after taxes"
Alright, a little lesson in maths is in order then;
Platinium ore roughly 42.000 silver per item.
Smelted Platinium shard roughly 126.000 silver per item.
42/126=0,333333=33% ore price in comparison to shard price. So roughly 3 times the price of an ore, you might be able to sell one shard for. BUT that means that there has to be preorders, or at least not a completely saturated market, also at no point did I mention Processed items, and it clearly says Crafted items at the top.
"And if the value of products is increased by 1000 times, it will not mean that you can sell it"
Hmmm, this might not be too hard to figure out, but it can be confusing. So if we have a bag of apples and the bag costs 1 million but the apples cost 5000, then the valuable item isn't the apples but the bag, right? So if you go out into the world and get the materials to craft a bag, and those materials cost roughly 10-15 million, then it will not be a great transaction for you, to complete crafting the bag, since you've already spent almost 2-3 times the amount of the finished item, just to get the materials for the bag. Now imagine that the materials used to craft the bag cost 1 billion, and the final product (the bag) now also costs 100 million, and you would naturally ask why? It is a natural progression of things, since if you increase the amount of silver the materials are worth, then completely naturally all items crafted from those same materials will also increase propotionally to the increase of the materials. "Is this thing on?"
"When just moment ago you had feedback asking for 1000x increase to raw materials values. So then we need to increase crafted product value also by 1000x?"
Yeah I think I just shot down this weird statement in the previous round? It is a natural progression of things, if one item is created from many other items, then the total price of that one last finished item, HAS to be more than the combined amount of value, that the materials themselves have, right? Otherwise there would never be a good reason to craft anything ever.
Look an example might help; Velian handcrafted bed roughly 2 million silver, crafted by workers in a funiture workshop, uses these materials: 6 Sturdy Ash Plywood, 11 Usable scantling, 6 Bronze ingots, 14 Blackstone Powder = 640x6+46x11+72x6+5x14 = 3840+506+432+70 = 4848x1000 = 4.8 million in materials costs. Can you see it now? No? Alright, say we increase the amount of silver materials are worth, then the absolutely natural progression of things is; an overall increase of all products made from said materials. "That's it, and that's all!"
"Right now Balenos meal cost 21k silver and with that idea in mind it would be 21mil silver And what about Cooking Boxes?"
Once again, I repeat; Crafted items, not cooking, not alchemy, not processing, but actually crafted items...hmmm, might need to change the titlte? I meant crafted items, and yeah it is essentially crafted items, all the ones I just mentionednot to include...yeah going to go change the title now. There...now I feel better.
"Increasing base material value will only increase current inflation in Economy" (https://www.britannica.com/money/inflation-economics) So not really inflation at all. Since the buying power of in-GAME silver, isn't going to be affected by banks, stockmarkets, housing, cost of transport and food...and so on.

"Misinformation" was wrong word for sure.
It should have been "lack of information" instead, as there was no examples or opening the idea of original post.

Math is bit off there.
Since you need 5 ores to smelt them into shards
In average with 0.9 successrate of Processing Success rating:
5000 Platinum ores is turned into 2500 Melted shards + 50 ingots
5000x41,9k = 209,5 mil
2500x117k + 50x417k = 267,8mil
209,5/267,8 = 0,7823 = 78,23%
And in ore value:
267,8mil/5000 ores = 53560silver/ore

And those "repeated" clearifications are on my own questioning in previous post:
"Craftable Items sold have less value than the individual materials added together, which of course leads to extremely few items being sold."

"Yeah I think I just shot down this weird statement in the previous round?"
This is funny right... Just talking to yourself in same post, since there was no rounds between xD
-------------------------------------------
If the original posting was more clear on what is meant and few examples, then there would be no issues.
But you did pretty good work on clearing out the matter.
I agree 100% that worker crafting has been for years in bad shape and outdated. Barely anything is worth of making these days by workers. Life tools is good since they are hard to obtain from market.
Siegeworkshop is also somewhat useful too.
Hehe, you are a nice and kind person afterall, surprised I am indeed. But I do thank you so much for pointing out my mistakes and lack of information/clarification, This is the reason I like forums and debating things, since it usually leads to better understanding, and sometimes even a change for the better may happen based on these debates ;)
So for anyone not aware of this, wouldn't it be better if things actually worked in-game?
