In this article I decided to write down and collect all types of Combat EXP buffs you can use while leveling up and where or how to get them.

Potions:

EXP Elixir

NOTE: You cannot stack up multiple potions, however you can [Party] potions with regular ones, if another party member uses it.

Weekend EXP Boost

effect: Combat EXP 200%

duration: during weekends

So what is the maximum of  % that is possible to stack up for leveling up?

2165% !

I recommend using such big stacks only for higher leveling up (61-63) or else it would be waste.

I hope it will help you all to choose best combinations of buffs you would like to stack  and maybe you learnt there is more buffs than you thought!

There is also gems with xp boost.

And there are pet skills which gives combat xp bonus.

And there is XP boost from the black spirit for energy.

There is buff from the villa.

And guild also can give xp boost buff.

There is also the notorious "Chest buff" which, at least in Serendia post-Hadum release, chests (require a silver key) give a 1hr additive +20% combat xp buff that stacks with everything!

Occasionally, these buffs also give:

1. 3 minute +5% movement speed buff

2. +10 Enchanted Scroll (+20, I think even +30 if using Graverobber Key or Goblin Key instead) - these adv keys can drop from the goblin after opening with a silver key

3. Ancient Spirit Dust

4. Gold Bars (At least up to 3x10g, but needs more testing!)

Regarding those extra combat EXP scrolls, I've used them with the 530%, Blessed Message scroll, and Mercenary's Experience and it seems to stack, at least in the sense that it adds another box to the buff list. Is the stacking fake, as in the buff from the extra combat EXP scroll doesn't actually stack? 

The Extra EXP Scrolls (blue and yellow) does stack with everything except from eachother and the book of combat. They are the same buff.
Also the book of combat does stack with the book of old moon.

While the OP has good intent, it isn't useful to show all buffs, but rather the maximum setup and with the alternatives.

There are a couple of buffs you're mentioning that you said "cannot be stacked with anything".
That's actually wrong, the translation isn't accurate. The 100% combat exp buff scrolls cannot be stacked with the 100% combat exp from books of combat, but CAN be stacked with everything else.

Sorry I noticed late this was already explained by the person above me.

Regarding his list tho, the value pack now gives 30% combat exp, not 10%.

But the grid is actually amazing and helpful.
