Clarifications about alchemy stone update

I have a few questions and if anyone can answer with accurate info (not speculation), that'd be great. I'm at work and running copies so I just kind of sitting here lol. Anyways, I've read the update but still a bit unsure...
>I've got an Exalted Vell's Heart - will that combine with a destruction stone without having to first remove the soul fragment?
>After a Vell and alchemy stone of a lower level is combined - example: Vell+Resplendent - can it be enhanced in the alchemy UI to the next level without separating them beforehand to enhance just the Resplendent?
>Once a Vell/Khan is combined with another alchemy stone that can go with it, if it is of a lower level, will it use the same an ancient anvil amount as listed in the update (2, 5, 30, 80, 250)?

Based on quendya video proof, after combining you can upgrade the alch stone with the required materials
2 5 30 80 250 are the pitty anvil
Just have a look at quendya recent video and you'll understand better

There 15 different combination of stone that can that can be put on a vell hart but it only show the one combination so how do we know what we get if we using different stones.
