Trying to set my succession skills back on my characters; I had taken a long hiatus, and suspected my skills would be reset, but for whatever reason i cannot for the life of me get my prime succession skills back on my characters that once were succession. it doesnt let me swap to awakening, it doesnt let me do a reset. im lost and confused. the only character that it will allow me to go into prime skills is my corsair. so im assuming theres something im missing. id greatly appreciate the help whoever decides to. and yes ive long done the succession quests, assuming they havent added or changed something in the requirements.. Please and thank you.

Might be a bit tricky to diagnose without further context. Make sure that in the K menu, even if "Succession" at the top is already lit up, you click it again and choose succession. Yeah i opened a ticket on the side. cause I'm pretty frusttrated at this situation. I cant reselect succession either. I have old moon book up as well so im just lost. I've also tried validating files.

Also I should mention when I try to switch to awakening it tells me to reset my skills, so when i hit the reset skills button, even though i have nothing spent, it tells me "cannot initialize skill information"

This is a video I uploaded to youtube as I'm also working with an open ticket to help with the issue. Since I've uploaded it I've also deleted my user folder and game cache to see if that would help, but didn't help. I also, for the sake of checking looked to see if the succession quest itself may have come back and nope, its not there.

i have the same problem on my mystic. this constant resetting my skills, addons and everything drives me crazy.
when ever i come back to an old character and wonder why i dont do any damage.

but this time i cant even put them back. basically Veroscis perfectly explained the situation.
in succession state we have only absolute skills to unlock but no prime skills.

and cant switch to awa stance.

HEYY!!! i found the solution! but this is stupid!

just put 1 point on any skill and use the "Reset All" button on the top right!

EDIT: IT FN WORKED! TY! JFC. Meanwhile PA still hasnt helped me.... and ive wasted so much VP time because I couldn't play the game the way I wanted to play it.
