Guild Skills / Nimble Fingers / Gathering Speed

Hi,
I activated the Nimble Fingers Guild Skill which says "Gathering Speed +3". But I only have two bars at "Gatherin" under "My Information" / "Battle Stats". Is there something wrong or do the two stats have different meanings?
Also, I don't see the Guidl Buffs button at the top of the sceen.

Hi, is your guild contract active? Make sure this applies to see if you are getting the guild buffs.
