Magical Shards are currently required in extremely large quantities — for example, 300 shards for a single Kharazad accessory, and additional amounts for crystal upgrades (Essence of Verdure).

Obtaining them through the Central Market is practically impossible due to extremely low supply, and even when they do appear, the price is excessively high. As a result, new players face a major progression barrier, as farming the required number of shards takes a disproportionate amount of time compared to other progression systems.

In its current state, this system:

• favors long-term players who already have material stockpiles,

• blocks access to key upgrades for new and returning players,

• creates an artificial bottleneck caused by resource availability rather than actual difficulty.

Suggestion:
Consider reducing the required number of Magical Shards from 300 to 100 for upgrading Kharazad accessories and related systems (e.g. crystal upgrades / Essence of Verdure). This change would significantly lower the entry barrier for new players without devaluing the effort of veteran players.

Sorry bro, but this is an item that you need to grind for. 

Imagine if you could complain about things like magical shards, which are easy to get. And you expect PA to just give you a handout?

Do you have any respect for MMORPG gameplay?

In OP's defense, though, PA tends to set things into place that are either not thought through very well, or tend to favor tiny groups at the expense of larger groups.

A lot of things are done to favor the endgamers that discourage new to mid -gamers, and then to compensate, PA gives exorbitant handouts to "catch up" players.

All of which ruins gameplay for a lot of people.  A lot of goals and purpose are off-set, devalued, or are made pointless, or impossible.

Things are a mess right now......... And I feel it's because PA doesn't have a good, long-term strategy

I think they just need to increase where its obtained its kinda bad design its early game spots and not really brought into mid game much. and  the early of the mid game is where you need them to get your kharazad!

I am lifeskiller, I am not gonna tryhard farm for those. I expect calm gameplay.

I think it also helps with the game development (fixing a long standing issue when it comes to shortages of materials) but it has to be well balanced (introduction of a silver sink method) or perhaps buff the drops, or even make some items slightly more expensive.

As for lifeskilling Crystals and Lightstones, i think there's decent methods around to acquire them but perhaps the devs will come up with far more rich QOL additions in the future.

Wouldn't new players be farming the spots that drop the sealed crystals?  How *new*  are these players?

Just grind them youself. People not grinding BMC spots are the problem. 

This is not a new player's issue; it's a game-wide problem. I sent in a ticket about this as well. This isn't something you needed to grind for because they have been available to buy off the CM until very recently. If it wasn't an issue, what do any nay-sayers think about PA releasing an event for them in this patch...?

Please add new ways to get magical shards theres about 1.5  million pre-orders up on the Central Market!!! (I thought it was 12.5 million cuz I can't read, but still it's not a good situation)

I can't believe the amount of pre-orders for something that is so important in the game, and there are not many ways to obtain them. I'm currently grinding Nymphamare Castle for my endtimes, and having to leave this area to go to a lower silver per hour one just to get them isn't a good use of my time. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person struggling with such a shortage of an item everybody needs because it's used to create other important items. Please add new ways to get these, maybe by using other crystals you can turn to them, or adding the sealed black crystals to all the grind spots. At this point, anything would be better than what we have now. Please help us.

This is rather interesting, because an obvious solution is to let Black Magic Crystals drop in Edania.  PA was so desperate to have everyone go there and stay there, that they made this insane AP cap to herd players to "appropriate" spots, and now people have to leave their "appropriate" spots.

And PA shouldn't have us do anything, except enjoy the game and play.  Which doesn't happen due to their incessant meddling.  It feels like when the Big Bro government meddles with the economy.  It never helps.
