There are other players who prefer nothing but pve without the worry of being attacked while they are doing their own tasks in game. I do realize that there are certain tasks that can not be done without being able to pvp but there are a lot of us that are ok with this. I myself have been gone since around 2018 because Black Desert Online got too stressful for me to play because I was always afraid I was going to get jumped whenever my back was turned. 

Another option is to use the pvp flag button and make it so that if its off on characters, that means they can't be touched at all from other pvp players. Turn off the pvp function completely with the pvp flag button being left off.

We know the ability to make a a PVE only server does exist because the Season servers exist. Please make permanent PVE (NOT pvp) servers!

Open world PVP???? wait it exists???
Like   PVP in the open world is so dead I can count on 1 hand how many times I was attacked in the past 3 months. If you get attacked you just swap servers and the issue is gone. usually its some red player whos just bored

What kind of content you do that you have to be afraid of pvp? Never saw that in past two years. In worst scenario swap server.

This exactly. I cant even remember how long ago it has been since I was attacked while grinding or doing something. I WISH someone would come for me open world, thats how wrong this original poster is.

I've been killed a couple times times year while on Arsha, (and that was at Honglim's) otherwise, normal servers are pretty much PvE only.  Marni realm and the punishing effects of dying while red have killed the open world, and PvP, on normal servers.  Also, server swapping is so easy anymore, there is really no issue here.  Plus, you can't locate people anymore, so trolling is almost impossible to do.

It's the safest its ever been.  It's also the deadest its ever been.  I see no one outside of the cities.  When I do see someone, I feel like celebrating.  Like that time four months ago I happened to see someone in the wilds of Mediah...... now THAT was wild!!!!

If you were EU, could see people posting about it, but NA? Open world pvp just doesn't exist, and if you get the rare unicorn, just change servers.

PVP griefers still exist; Erektor/sockpoop loves to ambush horse trainers and server hops as soon as he realizes he cant one shot the trainer... Chatban will kill everyone in sight when he decides to go red. I've been killed at honglim and expect that. I treasure hunt on Arsha for drop buff and accept the risk. To avoid coming back to a dead afk lifeskiller, I use a 49.

You're looking for an solution to the issue that doesn't exist anymore. PA made several changes to how PvP works in last few years. It was changed so much that, effectively, most of the OW PvP is gone.

If you're affraid you will get jumped you can use marni zone. If you're affraid your afk trainer/fisher will be killed use 49 lvl char or afk in safe zone. If you get, somehow, jumped just swap - nobody can force you to PvP if you're on different channel/server. If they're mean over chat you can block them
