if i buy crimson desert from a external vendor (GOG-ENEBA-FANTICAL-CD-KEY-PINGUIN.....External webs) but they give the code on the lunch day, do we get the bunus or only apply from steam, ps store, xbox?

I would not trust any reseller with it.
If you realy want to pre-order the game and want every pre-order bonus you should buy it from an official seller.
So for the digital PC edition, the only official ways to purchase the game are from steam and epic.
