Bloody Tree Knot = Red Tree Knot ?

Hello.
Maybe that might sounds weird, but, just think about it. In BD Alchemy \ Cooking, we have some ingridients which can be changed to kind of same ones, eg. Bird meat = Chicken meat in cooking or Wolf blood to Bear blood... So, why Red Tree Knot cant be an alt to Bloody Tree Knot ? Right now, there is about 4kk Red tree knots on EU market, and barely anyone buys them daily, they just pile up on market..

Red Tree Lump & Bloody Tree Knot
Could be same yes.
Hehe... there is 66 gathering nodes to obtain both Tree items.
In average about 50k Red Tree Knots are sold daily
