Suggestion(s)/Comment(s): Change some of succession dk's skill inputs for quality of life

Details: 

1) Swap the key inputs for airstrike and unveiled dagger around,currently airstrike being bound on W+F causes some akward situations where you input W first causing a small stutter step forward,leaving you without protections,or you get hit accelerated into unveiled dagger in situation where many people hit you and you have high attack speed.

2) Make blooming black rose,the magnus skill only activated in certain situations,instead of having rmb be the full slow animation it currently has.

Basically make it only do its shortened version with hit 2 after the skills that currently cancel it,get rid of the rmb input full animation. 

3) Add key input for spirit legacy onto shift+c ,currently that button combination is free,it wont cause problems and hotbarred skills have input delay.

I made your air strike suggestion a couple of years ago and was basically told "skissue". It's so irritating losing the SA just just for holding the w key out of it. The key input doesn't even need to be changed. This interaction feels like more of a bug because if you press w+ f while air strike is on CD then you don't use dagger
