Years ago us new players were offered a wonderful chance to get a piece of Boss gear without the RNG of enhancment. It was said to be cheaper and more traight forward. Gather ingrediants and craft a reform stone to reform a basic level boss gear the Talk to Jetina to exchange the reform level 5 TET boss gear into a PEN boss gear. 
Fast forward to , today. PA needs to update these Old moon prices to reflect the Marketplace costs for these pieces of gear. Not only do we need to go through 4 reforms to get to the Oquilla crystal quest but then for said quest on my 3rd piece i need to spend 6 Bil just for the Oquilla pieces. If the goal is to give a new player a route to help better their gear, Its my belief that you shoul not be charging quadruple the price of the piece we can get in the market place. If i may say so reducing the cost of the Oquilla pieces to 1/10 their current cost would give more players incentive to actually use this quest. Or get rid of it all together because only a true sap would do these quests. Unless of course taking advantage of players is what your all about.

Jetina gearing will be most likely be added to "Forgotten" list.
Same situation is for Narchillan gear that was forgotten in past after Tuvala and Jetina gearing was added to game.

With all the free catchup crap they bury new accounts in (including 10b silver) they can already outgear the Jetina gear before even thinking about it.

I still use my Narchillan gear on one of my shais. I really like the look of it.
