This EU side market of those
NA server just has lower count of Grinders and crafters compared to EU.
NA market had about 20k Perfume of Courage in stock 2 weeks ago. Now 5k perfumes are sold daily
EU market had about 25k perfumes in stock 2 weeks ago. Now about 15k perfumes are sold daily
From materials to craft those the bottle neck is Blue Whale Oil, which is only from Sea Monster Hunting
