One thing I think the game should have, but doesn't have, is variety in gameplay between classes. Excluding the Life mode, the fact that all classes craft or try to craft the same armor, weapons, jewelry, and crystals (with a few exceptions) is a negative point for a game that tries to create gameplay depth in every aspect.
The strategic importance of class builds isn't very high anymore (with a few exceptions).
Ideally, instead of constantly introducing new classes, they would focus on balancing, improving functionality, and reworking existing classes if necessary. (30 classes? Are we playing League of Legends or something?)
I believe we need to move away from the monotonous item system. Having several different item sets (armor, jewelry, weapon) with advantages and disadvantages depending on their use would eliminate the need to constantly introduce new classes for innovation. Two players of the same class already have two playstyle options (succ or awk). If these were balanced, and a greater variety of items, equipment, and builds were added, everyone could optimize and develop their character in a way that suits them best. Even two players of the same class, or even with the same skill choices (succ or awk), could have different character developments. This would give players more opportunities to experiment with unique approaches.
The best variety between players is achieved by not having classes.
Something like this:
- Players choose between skills for the character (for example, out of 100 different skills, they can choose 10).
- Players can choose which weapon(s) they will use.
- Players can choose which skills they will use for given weapons (something similar to character skills).
Keyboard shortcuts:
- Players choose which skill to assign to which key (Shift+F, Shift+RMB, S+E, etc.)
Instead of adding new classes, new weapons and new skills for the character and weapons would be added.
For beginners:
- there can be pre-prepared sets according to the role the player wants to play and when they are sufficiently familiar with the game, they can adjust it according to their ideas
Advantages of this system:
- huge variety
- everyone can find what suits them best
- nothing is genderlocked
Reality:
- something like this will probably never happen in BDO, but I would like it :)
your gameplay is to sit on top of each other and spamm aoes. diverse classes everybody is a melee.
its basically lifeleeching through a crowd of people thats all this is. why would you even jump all 3 at the same time and try to tank them. the people playing this game are insanely bad.

the melees in your game are ridiculous. i just stand there and shoot some rockets, standing at our base because theyre literally on you after just 2 seconds after the game started. for these bdo players its normal that MELEES are literally flying through the entire game all the time.
this is why you never meet a ranged outside of the odd ranger OR sage. it totally defeats the purpos of ranged classes when every melee can overcome gaps in a split second anyway. putting ranged classes in this game for who to play actually? never see a supporter, this class just sits there and gets tunneled then dies. wow you cant give them more survivability so someone might play this???
why do i always lose with 2 ranged on my team??? oh i know why because the ranged are GIMPED in this game. on deadeye literally every spell that has a cc is PVE ONLY, this means no CC. you get bonked in cc all the time in super armor because not all classes are equal lol. these melees spamm cc on you and then youre oneshot dead.
their wannabe e-sports event has no ranged classes in it but they pretend they are or something like zhat.
and then...they get roflstomped by some naked people.

constantly report me, the gamemaster starts literally stalking me and tries to tell me something about my gameplay. are you people insane???
you can all uninstall when i win a game vs you. i dont know jack sh about this game, somehow i manage to carry some games with the help of your grand bdo gamers :3
