Hello, 

The current state of Vell’s Heart is becoming a serious issue. Its drop rate is extremely low, while there are over 700 pre-orders on the market, making it nearly impossible to obtain either by farming or buying.

At this point, it’s not just a rare item — it’s effectively inaccessible, even though it’s considered a core piece of progression for both new and veteran players. This creates an unnecessary bottleneck in gearing and overall game progression.

Please consider adjusting the drop rate or improving availability through other means (events, guaranteed systems, or alternative acquisition paths). The current situation feels outdated and out of balance with the rest of the game.

The next Patrigio event needs to at least sometimes sell it at a price that makes it profitable to resell; that would help significantly with increasing supply. As things, stand the people who have enough energy to roll a Vell's Heart are the same people who don't need one.

I passed up two hearts because of that.

the fact this post has 3 upvotes is wild . This is a huge issue for onboarding new players if they cant get was is an esential part of thier gear for 3+ months Ive even seen longer then 3 months for someone to get it. Ive seen people quit because they cant get it.

It should not be an issue in 2026  they need to adress it!

Forgetting to mention how utterly boring it is to hit the loot pinata that is Vell. I've had a PO up for a few months on a Vell Heart and the Concentrated Magic, and I even managed to get this before getting a Heart. 

PA is afraid that no one will go to Vell anymore, but we should have a guaranteed method of obtaining it (NOT GARMOTHS BLOODSTONES) in a set amount of time, similiar to Khans method. 

Not to mention that most players that reached a certian gear, will have more than 1 vell or have a PO up to get their 2nd one since you will technically need 2 to add the desctruction upgrade to one and the protection to the other to swap between tank build and damage build.

Thankfully I bought my 2nd one from patrigio otherwise I would have another PO up, potentially taking it away from someone who doesn't even have one
