I have a dedicated character for life skills my main, then my alt which I use for pve progression. Which doesn't workout really good I have noticed.
It would be nice if you either could select which character to recieve energy as you play, which I can see would be bad and probably abused.
My other and primary suggestion would be to have the option to make energy family bound so you get energy, and can spend it on any character and when you do would lose energy on all of you characters. which I don't see any real issues with. I can even see this being worse because you can't load up with energy on several characters to spend it all on a event or something like that.

Something deffo needs to be done since energy pots arent accessible from the marketplace anymore.

One of my personal suggestions that ive brought up on in-game chats several times when the energy issues gets talked about is a life treasure item that lets you select what character from your family to use energy from. Sorta similar to how recruiting workers or node investment lets you pick what character to spend energy from.
