3 hours I spend to try anything stuck on wall, what should I do? use cheat?

did you try the escape feature? perhaps tried the Stuck Character in a ticket?

What wall? Where? How did you get stuck? What did you try to get unstuck? When reporting a bug, details matter....a lot.
