Bartering currently uses Tier 5, Tier 6 items as progression materials rather than traditional “trade goods.” However, these items do not stack in storage, which creates unnecessary friction in an otherwise system-driven loop.
Current Situation
- Tier 5–6 barter items are:
- Primarily used as exchange materials (especially for Tier 7)
- Not intended for Selling
- Despite this, they:
- Occupy individual storage slots
- Quickly fill storage (hard cap: ~192 slots per city)
Why This Is a Problem
- Barter progression requires large quantities of T5/T6 items
- Storage becomes the bottleneck—not gameplay or effort
- Forces players to:
- Constantly move items between cities
- Waste time managing storage instead of bartering
- Ships already act as temporary storage, but that’s not a scalable solution
Suggested Solutions
Option 1 (Best QoL)
Allow Tier 5–6 barter items to stack in storage only
- Keep ship inventory unchanged (non-stacking for balance/logistics)
- Treat them like materials rather than trade goods
Option 2
Increase storage limits beyond 192 slots
- Especially relevant for barter-heavy players
- Less elegant than stacking, but still helpful
Option 3
Hybrid approach:
- Limited stacking (e.g., stack size 10–20)
- Combined with a slight storage increase
I am a level guru 74 in Bartering and never found I would need to stack this and even with the new bartering they add still see no need to stack this all. All I ever ask them todo was to make level t5 to sell at a higher price. We all see what they did was make it it take longer to get it done and why I am only doing 1 set of level t7 per reset because I do not wish to be doing 8 hour of bartering and yes I drive my ship like a caprtain and do not autopath and do other things while it doing that and complain about people and things being in the way.
I don't see a need to store T5's any more at all, much less T6's. The T6/7 Trade routes are clearly divided into 3 sets of 2. I trade T4's to get the 10 T5's I need for for the Hakovan/Arehaza T6's, then trade those for the respective T7's. Sell those T7's. Trade T4's to get the 10 T5's I need for the two LOML T6's, then trade those for the T7's and sell. Then repeat for the last 2 sets of T6/T7. At no point am I storing any T5+ materials.
I'm storing at least 10 of each T5 material now and a lot of the lower ones. Up to two barter lines per refresh are consistently incomplete. I need that storage to ensure I can do all six T7 routes every refresh.

on average how many t5 route are you getting per reset?
My bartering appears to be bugged - I can't get the Level 5 goods needed for Level 6 exchanges. The goods I need are Stuffed Morpho Butterfly and Octagonal Box. Neither are on the list, but are needed for Level 6 goods in the same refresh. Raise a ticket with support to hear what they have to say. Wary it may be "working as intended". If that's the case, Level 5 goods should be made stackable to allow us to build a stock in case you hit the "bad seed" of refreshes.
Also, the bug started since the last update. I'd still occasionally get either (or both) of the missing goods, but they get consumed within the same refresh. Following refreshes may roll the need for those same goods, without the option trade Level 4 for them, forcing me to miss out on a whole chain of Level 7 exchanges.
Got and answer from support like normal will let the team know but never answered the question if the t5 will be there all the time for t6 or will it be random that they my not all show on reset. So I asked support again to answer the question.

I'm getting 8 per refresh.
