Lastly, we are developing additional authentication steps using features such as OTP for listing or buying items above a certain price on the Central Market. They want add OTP to use MP. I say NO!

1. Steam users don't need OTP. 

2. OTP give me nothing (5% drop rate, muuhahahaahhahahaa, even 100% can't change anything in a drop, because this not inrease amount but chance).

3. OTP is annoying, after 5 years Pearl Abyss still can't fix the problem with game closes when changing characters. So OTP again, again and again.

4. Even on this forum we have problem to use OTP because forum automatically logs out our account after few minutes. 

I used OTP in Diablo 3 . Was sam bad and they update OTP - now game remember our PC. But PC not IP. Each day I have new IP so even my s. bank don't remember my PC. 

But I don't want to use remember PC option in BDO.

I use this already by the way, every time I log in to the game or the website, I am asked for a one time password that is provided to me by an application on my phone that I have linked.

I don't understand what the issue is though? Cause in my experience, it's a welcome additional security measure, but I might be missing something?

I you want sell or buy item on MP you will need to enter a OTP. Probably only for items more expensive than 20b but still it's stupid as hell.

Second, next s. 15 minutes delay:
The rules regarding how prices adjust in the Central Market have been changed. Currently, weapons are considered as a single item (Group) regardless of class. But even after the update on April 21, there was an issue where the market price could change drastically if the prices of certain weapons increased compared to the standard price. As a result, we've changed how prices for the same weapon fluctuate by making the price vary depending on the amount traded so that the price of the same weapon does not change according to specific transactions. Furthermore, for items with a high value (price of 20 billion silver or items listed below) at the current standard (as of June 7), we’ve changed the said items to appear 15 minutes after being listed on the Central Market and for a World message to appear at the same time. (If said item has a pre-order, a separate notification will appear. The wait time for the items may take from 14 to 15 minutes.)

I not gonna use it for sure, given PA is way to incompetent to impelent it correctly. (Look at players complaining how annoing that trash is lol)

Not like any RMT traders would have issue using OTP, so idk what they even thinking here.

lol a good part of the RMT ain't even done on high value items, but on more discrate items, but nvm...

BDO market used to have a PIN back in the day. I don't mind it.

I remember Diablo 3 RMAH. RMAH - sell/buy in game items for real money (with tax for Blizzard). This was epic! But there was a problem, the maximum price for the item could not be higher than 150 euro. After few updaes, many items was so valuable that nobody wanted to sell them for 150 euros, but much more. So players asked to raise the maximum price to 5000 because players starts selling items outside game.
What a blizzard did? Nothing for very long time, and then removed RMAH from game so no more good money from tax.

Well yeah, if the markets would have no limits, and you could exchange pearl/silver there aswell, that would actually make them lot of money with the taxes.

Though such IRL money trading features are rather bothersome to handle for most game companies.

I would prefer BDO implement retina scan on each marketplace listing, buying, and enhancing for item worth >1 bil, totally worth for account security /s
