It's silly that a horse that's on fire gets slowed by the heat of the desert. One of the perks of T10 Doom should be removal of desert slowdown, like T9 Unicorn. It should not be the only new mechanic for T10 Doom, but be among the benefits.

It's not the desert heat, but the sand where it can't get enough grip for max speed.
The dine transforms the ground and let grass grow where it walks, thats why it can run much faster in the desert.

And for better or worse, at the recent Heidel Ball, the devs explicitly stated that they do not want to have a dream horse that's best for everything.
My thoughts: as far as design goes I feel like Blue flames is obvious (though another color could be interesting, like black? though that might be hard to see)
As far as skills I had 3 ideas
1. 4th Instant Accel (possible another damage aoe that has something like a fiery sonic boom animation
2. Triple Jump instead of double
3. S: Drift (tap your drift buttons again for an even tighter turn, you could in theory pull a perfect 180 without loss of speed)
I feel like any of those is not huge enough in itself as to make the horse any more of an improvement over Mythic Dine or Arduanatt but novel enough to still be fun and worth the effort, and it moves forward on the theme the later have set, Dine could run in the desert, now on water too. Arduanatt could glide, now can fly. Dooms major utility is simply improving an existing utility, this would just take it one step further.

i agree on tripple jump and tripple seater
1)
Change the color of the flame from red to BLUE (to indicate a hotter flame)

Give Doom +8AP damage
3)
Increase fall damage threeshold of 30% so we can jump off small mountains and high hills without the fear of dying (it is a "war horse" after all).
... and maybe:

Make it look more manacing and fearless, taking clues from Sleipnir (Odin's horse), which IMO, is the best WAR HORSE of them all.

And because Diné is Earth, so it'd make sense for it to have a benefit in a place where pretty much everything is earth.
Arduanatt is wind and Doom fire. I would've expected them to make another t9 water horse but looks like they decided to do so with t10 Diné which is kinda a waste of potential I guess.
