If you want to infuse reforge/ lightstones/ crystals you simply navigate to the bottom of your inventory above your pearls and silver amount.
There you will find symbols of gem stones if you hover over them it says Transfusion, Artefact Inventory and Reforge Stones.
You simply open the respective menu for what you want to infuse and fro mthere it depends on what you got and want to infuse.
