Question
How can I find out what happened to my TRI(III) Capotia Earring? Got one for reaching lvl 63 on one of my chracters and it has been claimed/cleared according to reward log, but I can't find the item (with ctrl+f) and I do not know on which character I claimed it. And no, I did not upgrade or exchange it. In fact, I still have 21 dreamy gems of balance to upgrade it to PEN (if I could just find the item). I am aware, the item's deprecated, but it's still good for an alt character and this is driving me nuts.

Press ctrl + F and look for "capotia". Ofcourse yo ucan look for any other item in there too.
This will show all items on all storages and characters you have that contain what you wrote
If you dont find it like that you should write a support ticket as they can tell you if you might have deleted it or
if it actually disappeared.

Thanks for the quick answer, but, as I said, I already did look for it with ctrl+f (see second line of my post), guess I'll be off to write a ticket then. Quick question: is it even possible for items to just disappear?

Items like this don't really just disappear. It must be a bug or that you accidentialy deleted the item.

Update: Support was quick and helpful. They found out that this item was indeed missing and restored it for me. They didn't say what happened with it, though. I'm quite certain I did not delete it by accident.

one place that "find" doesn't look..... is inside mount inventory... I don't think it checks transport wagons either
