I am in odraxxia but i cannot make the city appear on the map, how do i unlock the city on the map?

Weird. Maybe go futher in like to the NPC Viorencia Odore - check bdo codex for location

Hello Ralticz!
In general, to unlock location maps you will need to speak with the node manager, stable keeper or town leader. Press [ H ] on your keyboard if you're on PC to access your Knowledge database. Then click on Characters and then People of O'dyllita. You'll see from here all the NPCs you have yet to unlock. Unfortuantely after searching for the exact NPC that does this, I couldn't find them and it's been too long for me to remember.
You can also use BDO Codex to find the exact location of each NPC and what they are (profession) to compare with what you already unlocked. https://bdocodex.com/us/knowledge/
With this, you should be able to pin-point the exact NPC you are missing. It most likely will be as Portgas mentioned, the Queen "Viorencia Odore" or someone at the Church.

Im pretty sure you have to complete the main quest line up to meeting the queen.
