Question
Is there a way to lock the Black Spirit 'Rage Absorption' skill so that pressing 'Z' will only give you the 100% buff, even if you have 200% stored? At least for PvE, it seems using two back-to-back 60-second 100% buffs would be more beneficial than one 60-second 200% buff.

I dont think this is possible, but you can just get the 100% buff by using your classes 100% rage skill. These are generally pretty good in PvE anyway due to their damage, and you avoid the 200% issue.
