[Resolved] Black Desert Server Instability

Greetings, Adventurers.
Due to Microsoft Cloud service failure, there was an issue with the stability of Black Desert servers.
Currently the issue was resolved, the service is restored to its normal states.We will continue to do our best to improve the performance and stability of our service.
