Regarding Garmoth and the War of the Roses preseason

The War of the Roses pre-season will begin on Sunday, February 4th!
To make it possible for Adventurers who participate in this new content and still make it to Garmoth on Sundays, the appearance time of Garmoth has been moved back by 15 minutes.
