* Items (Pearl items) that you've purchased with Pearls can be found in your Pearl Inventory. Depending on the Pearl item, they can also be sold on the Central Market.
New/Returning Adventurer Products Renewal
After the maintenance on April 9th, new exclusive products for new/returning adventurers are expected to be available.
Additionally, existing products of this category currently on sale will be discontinued.

There are 2 total “Step Up” items that can be purchased.
As the step gets higher, so do the benefits!

- Step Up items are not available for the Give Gift and Cart functions.
- You cannot cancel Step Up item purchases. Please contact [Support] if you need a refund.
- Step Up items can be purchased sequentially.
- Eg.) Step Up 2 or Step Up 3 cannot be purchased if Step Up 1 has not been purchased.
- Lower Step Up items cannot be refunded separately when making a refund of Step Up items.
- Eg.) Both 1 and 2 can be refunded if Step Up 1 and 2 have been purchased, but Step Up 1 alone cannot be refunded.
- You can purchase each Step Up again when all Step Up items have been refunded.

Sales Period: April 3, 2024 (Wed.) after maintenance - May 15, 2024 (Wed.) before maintenance.
- 1 Purchase per Family within sales period.
- The Daily Special Rewards and Pass Rewards can only be claimed once per Family.
- Unused Daily Special Pass rewards will be removed when the [Daily Special Availability Period] ends.
- Items obtained from the Daily Special will be taxed when sold on the Central Market.
- The daily items can only be claimed after midnight (00:00 server time) for the start of each reward's respective day. You may also need to reconnect (return to the Character/Server Selection screen, etc.) to claim them.
