Both events will be hosted in the United States on the same day.
All travel expenses, including round-trip flights and hotel accommodations, will be fully covered for each event.

Eligibility
To officially qualify for participation, you must meet all of the following requirements and complete your application
① Combined AP & DP

Your Family must have at least one character with a total Gear Score (AP + DP) of 840 or higher as of Apr 16, 2026 (Thu) before maintenance. Please note: the “Blessing of the Morning” stat from Black Shrine Boss Blitz does not count toward this total.
② Age 18+ and Account Ownership
You must be at least 18 years old and the registered owner of your account. Throughout the NA vs EU Showdown 2026 event, the organizer may request a photo or in-person verification of your ID or passport to confirm your identity. Refusal to comply may result in disqualification.
③ Compliance with Operational Policy
Accounts that have been access restricted for violating operational policies within the past six months are not eligible to participate.
Application
If you meet all eligibility criteria, follow these steps to enter:

- How to Apply: Go to Menu (ESC) → War → Apply for Arena of Arsha Tournament
- Registration Period: Mar 19, 2026 (Thu) after maintenance - Apr 16, 2026 (Thu) before maintenance
* You must apply using the Trial Character you intend to use in the tournament. (Required)
* Applications are only accepted if you meet all eligibility requirements. Double-check that you’re using a Trial Character and that your combined AP & DP meets the minimum.
* You must follow the instructions and provide information about your team.(Team Name, Team Member Family Name, etc)

② After applying, purchase the application form item from the "NA vs EU Showdown 2026" NPC in the Battle Arena - 1 server.

- Purchase Period: Mar 19, 2026 (Thu) after maintenance - Apr 16, 2026 (Thu) before maintenance
Additional Info:
* The “NA vs EU Showdown 2026 Application Form” costs 10 billion Silver.
* A character in your Family must hold the application form item until all tournaments are finished. (Required)

* After the tournaments conclude, the application form will be collected. Only adventurers who complete all scheduled matches (as shown in the bracket) will receive a refund of the Silver via Mail (B). If you do not participate in your matches, you will not receive a refund.
Rules
NA vs EU Showdown 2026 Rules
- Failure to follow the guidelines and rules below may result in disqualification from the tournament, or loss of a match.
- Each team may not contain duplicate classes.
- The team name entered into the sign-up form must not violate the [Black Desert Operational Policy].
- If there is a discrepancy between your entry form and your actual in-game information, you may be disqualified from participating in the tournament. Please be sure to enter your information correctly.
- You must either submit a Support Inquiry or inform the GMs 24 hours prior to the start of your match via Discord if you plan to withdraw from the tournament. If you do not attend every single match of your team, your application form item (10 billion silver value) will not be refunded.
- If you plan to change your trial character or class after you have submitted your application, you must submit a Support Inquiry before the Apr 16, 2026 (Thu) maintenance.
- After the sign-up period is closed, your Team Leader will be invited to the Official Black Desert Tournament Discord. Please make sure to join the Discord to be fully updated and not miss any crucial information.
- If there are an odd number of participating teams, a random team will receive a bye.
- Participants must not violate [NA vs EU Showdown 2026 Rules]

Regarding Rewards:
- Team rewards will be given to each Adventurer on the team.
- If a participant owns an Arsha title from a previous tournament, they will receive the next grade of Arsha title listed in the notice.
- The Arsha titles given as a prize from this event last permanently, which are given according to the above guidelines.
- More information regarding when the rewards will be sent will be provided once the tournament ends.
- You can only receive one of the placement rewards. If you place 1st, you will not receive the other placement rewards. (NA vs EU Showdown Championship Winner Team Rewards and Participation Rewards can be received together)
- You must participate in all the matches until the placements are fully decided to receive the rewards.

This offline match will be held on the same day as the 2026 Heidel Ball.
