Adventurers, our GM team is SUPER DUPER proud of the manor they’ve been decorating! Now, they’re looking for help in sharing their amazing decorations with the world. This is not an easy task, as you may know, so the GMs thought the community would be the best ones to help out!
If you help the GM team share their manor by creating your own “real estate” posters, you’ll be able to win some great prizes, including a jukebox and Blessing of Kamasylve!
We’ll see you at the GM manor during the visiting hours!

*The manor will only be available to visit during the above schedule. This means you will have 1 hour to take all the screenshots you need.
② Once you are at the door of the manor, ask the GM/CM at the door to invite you to a Platoon, so you can enter the manor.
How to enter the GM manor?

1. Open the World Map and visit the manor near the city of Heidel.
2. Stay in front of the main door of the manor and the circular Interaction (R) menu will appear on the door.
3. Select “Visit” (F5).
4. The “Owner List” UI will appear, then click on the “Party” tab.
5. Lookup the GM/CM name and click “Enter”
Now you can visit the GM/CM manor! Enjoy the visit!
③ Inside the manor, take as many screenshots as you can with the GMs/CMs in different parts of the manor.

④ Once you have all the screenshots you want, it’s time to unleash your creative side and make posters about the GM’s manor!
- You are free to edit the screenshots.
- You can also add text to the screenshots.
- You can submit as many screenshots as you want.
⑤ Once your posters are ready, share it on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram following the requirements below.
Required Post Format
- Share your post on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram
- Your post must include the hashtag #BDOrealtor (required)
Tip! Include hashtags like #BlackDesert, #Manor or #OpenDoors to show off your poster to even more players!
- Your post must include your server and in-game Family Name, and the poster you have created to sell out the manor.
