Summary
- Season characters are restricted from using normal combat gear, and can only equip Tuvala gear.
- You can obtain Tuvala gear by progressing through the Season Pass, by simply leveling up your character.
- Shai can exchange a PEN (V) Tuvala Sol for a PEN (V) Artina Sol (once per Family).
Introduction to Tuvala Gear
New Adventurers can obtain a full set of PEN (V) Tuvala gear by graduating from the Season after completing the Season Pass. (Recommended).
Alternatively you can obtain Tuvala Gear with a normal character as reward for completing [Balenos] Main Story quests and enhancing it to PEN (V) yourself.

How to obtain PEN (V) Tuvala gear (Season Pass)
You can obtain a full set of PEN (V) Tuvala gear by graduating from the Season after completing the Season Pass, without having to enhance the gear yourself.

Enhancing PEN (V) Tuvala Gear
If you obtained your Tuvala Gear with a normal character as reward for completing [Balenos] Main Story quests, you need to enhance it to PEN (V) yourself.
- Tuvala gear is enhanced with
Black Stones until +15 and the enhancement level cannot drop even when the enhancement fails. - For the enhancement levels that follow after (PRI (I) ~ PEN (V),
Concentrated Magical Black Stones are required.

- While enhancing Tuvala from PRI (I) to TRI (III), the enhancement chance is 100% and the enhancement level cannot drop.
- When enhancing from TET (IV) to PEN (V), the enhancement level can drop if the enhancement fails.
Unlike weapons and armor, Tuvala accessories can only be enhanced with the same type of accessory (rings, earrings, necklace and belt) and will break when failing the enhancement.
- While enhancing Tuvala accessories from PRI (I) to TRI (III), the enhancement chance is 100% and the enhancement level cannot drop.
- When enhancing from TRI (III) to PEN (V), the accessory will break if the enhancement fails.
- Since you can obtain a full set of PEN (V) Tuvala gear including accessories by graduating from the Season after completing the Season Pass, it is recommended to follow this path.
Enhancing Tuvala Gear Tips
Agris Essence
Each time you fail to enhance an item, you will see Agris Essence start to fill up in the Ancient Anvil which, when activated, will grant 100% enhancement success rate for said item. Here you can see a chart showing the amount of max storable agris essence depending on the enchancement level:

After graduation, talk with Fughar to accept two special quests that will allow you to start enhancing one PEN (V) Tuvala weapon, one PEN (V) Tuvala defense gear piece and one PEN (V) Tuvala accessory to DEC (X).
