A question was asked about putting Infinite pots in the family inventory, and we were just given a different answer from 3 months ago.  We were told to go pound sand, yet 3 months ago we got this response.

25. FAMILY INVENTORY It seems appropriate to be able to move treasures to the family inventory so that other characters can use it as well. I will add this change

DISAPOINTED!

Well, the whole reason that they said that they'd make the change was because of user complaints. From what they'd said at the previous ball, they had no interest in doing anything of the sort. So, their agreement was likely purely based on the pressure from the KR players. After some more thought, they probably decided that they still really didn't want to do it and hoped that they could get away with going back on what they said before - and it's not like it's the first time that they've said one thing and then done another.

So, I agree that this is atrocious, but I'm also not entirely surprised. After all, if they were going to do it, they could have done it months ago given how simple it's got to be to add a flag to those items to make them usable from the family inventory.

Regardless, I really hope that they change their mind on this eventually. It's insane that they think that it's reasonable to expect anyone to get multiple of any treasure. Honestly, it could be argued that it's kind of insane that they think that it's reasonable for players to get even one of them given the utterly garbage odds involved.

Yeah I'm still baffled that infinite pots can't be placed in the family inventory. Do they really expect us to grind for an infinite pot on each character you want to play? Or otherwise go through the burden of constantly having to switch the pot over through a storage?
