The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

Install Guide

1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

I normaly run on high and very hi have 70 fps in town and over 100 out of town today in twon is like 10FPD and out of town low 20 fps

 did a speed test and all seem normal and everything working like it should
