Black Desert will begin in a moment.

Install the Black Desert Launcher if the game doesn't start.

Install the Black Desert Launcher to start the game.

The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

Install Guide

1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

Please fix players falling off of ships

When there are players on a ship that are not the captains, it is very common for players to get warped off or fall through the ship into the water. This happens when players are being carried to Vell or when doing the Sailing Dailies together. It's like the ship moves forward but the player doesn't and they end up in the water. This makes the captain have to keep turning back to pick up players that fell off.

If ship desync gets fix this would be the best update sea content would ever have. I love all the quality of life and new content coming to sea content but without fixing the most common and annoying bugs/issues like desync, players will not want to play it.

I know you have made attempts recently to fix this, but it is still happening. We do sailing dailies as a group and people are still getting thrown off, even while standing perfectly still. If the ship has a Nol this problem is even worse.

They need to add more handholds to ships.  The person in the crow's nest to my knowledge has never been thrown off a boat unless the player actually disconnects.

I don't think they can fix this problem unless they work on the game engine, I think some ships can go faster than horses at some zones of the sea where the current is zero or too weak and that make some of the passengers to fall to the water because their game can't load fast enough, giving anyone desyncs more often with that, this can even happen on a horse when you're riding throught a big city with a lot to load like Calpheon and the game will stop you with an invisible wall until more texture is loaded. I've the Nol and this problem is even worse with it yes, the only "solution" I found to this is to slow down where I know there are zero or weak currents and directly avoid using the Nol until I'm out of that zone or if not the people on my ship will most likely fall into the water randomly. Is good that PA made currents weaker and all but this change made that issue to be more noticeable on fast ships. Also change the sound effect of the Nol to something nicer just repeating the breezy sails sound again is lame xd for a item so hard to get like that.

100% this, When using the guild Galley we instruct all players to grab a cannon/crows nest/rowing position. Since doing this, we never lose people on our Vell Taxi trips (unless they don't listen)

Unfortunately that doesn't work for other ships.... not enough hand holds.
