Hi,

I wanted to start to play BDO but I have a weird bug on my keyboard. It constantly disconnect and reconnect, I tried to use it wireless or not and the problem is the same.

I tried to delete cache manually and in game, the problem is still here. Even rebooting the game or my pc or turning off Logitech G HUB doesn't fix the problem.

I use a Logitech PRO X TKL with Logitech G HUB

Try to start both, G Hub and BDO, as admin.

I have the same issue.. Currently using Yuki Aim Polar75 8k. Have tested it on 3 different systems, keyboard disconnects for 1 second and reconnects again right after the pearl abyss logo shows up on launching the game, and then it happens about every minute with the game running.

I have this exact same keyboard and im having this exact same issue. It seems to be just with this keyboard as well. My other keyboards run fine. Could just be the 8k polling rate being an issue. Not really sure. Did you ever find a fix for this? 

I have same issue but with wireless controller. it disconnects if inactive for more than 30-40 seconds and game starts to lag. then I power it on and it works again. same controller in wired mode never disconnects. Just as it never diaconnects in wireless mode while playing other games.

as a test solution, try to repeatedly press keys, see if it disconnects due to inactivity or there's other reason.

Unfortunately not, only solution I have done so far is using another keyboard when playing BDO. I have been in contact with Arbiter Studio as well regarding the issue, as I too thought it had to be something to do with the polling rate. They even sent me some new firmware for the keyboard but the issue is still there. Right now the 8k is "hardcoded" to the keyboard with no way of changing it. I hope we get the option to change it in the future tho. Black desert is still the only game this has been an issue with for me.

Still an issue for me unfortunately, so I have to use another keyboard to play the game :(

I figured I'd add my problem here as well, different keyboard same exact issue...  I have the Huntsman v3 pro 8khz and synapse does have an option to reduce the polling rate however it does not influence the disconnecting behaviour.  It is only in BDO and even though it sucks a little relief knowing its not just me.
