I have a few outfits on one character, but would like to transfer some of them to other family members, is there anyway to do that? Is there an outfit transfer coupon?

not if you equipped them. only outfits that have a reboxing option is the crafted ones (orzeka and i believe nouver) and some of the functional clothes.
