why can't i invest in Edania Nodes

Right now, only the last castle questline is left unfinished. Even though most nodes on Edania continent have been discovered, no CP investment can be made, it always leads back to 'previous node' .
This was deleted by the writer.

You have to start at Hakinza Sanctuary in Edania, its the only city node that the region has, so anything you want to invest in must be connected to it.
