Allan's Landscape not in effect

Even though I've RMB the icon, and light is circling around the icon, the value of the landscape stays at 100,000 even with mobs defeated, but Agris fever is working properly.

Paint only works in 300+ AP areas. Where are you?

If you're in Padix trying to use Padix paint, it won't work for 2 reasons:
1: Padix is not a 300+ AP spot.
2: Paint does not work at the spot where you got the paint (to prevent people from double-dipping for the same treasure piece).
