I don't know how this has not been reported yet but there are important NPC's not there. Important NPCs like the Illya island barterer can't pickup the quests and barter. The oquilla island storage manager not there at times can't get quests, turn in oq coins or look at storage. I have tried relogging that did not work, tried a different character and I have tried changing servers! This is insane that this has not been reported yet. FIX THIS!
