Since the last maintenance I've noticed that buffs lose time even when I'm logged out of the character that they are on. For example, yesterday I logged out of a character that had 104 mins left on Lara's Tea and Celerity Draught at 2:26 p.m. EST. I did not swap back to that character until right before maintenance (3:53 a.m. EST). When I swapped back the Lara's Tea and Celerity Draught had only 41 mins remaining. Obviously, it's not losing time minute for minute, but something is very wrong. I lost over an hour of time, and this has been going on all week. I wondered why it seemed like I was popping those two buffs constantly. This really needs to be addressed.
