I just wanna give small hint:

On Global Lab there are english translated patch that show the following changes to Thorns of Denial (Before left side/After right side)

Is it maybe just a wrong translation by swapping the numbers "8" and "3" while intending to nerf it to 8,630%. At least its really strange that this is the only skill over the board that will get such a big nerf for no reason.
