After recent patch this guild skill is not in effect on any of my characters.

It is passive skill, I cannot activate it. It should be ON all the time, but it is not.

Art of Fishing is not applied too.

Have you checked, if you have an active guild contract? Yes, also Guildmasters need an active guild contract!

No, I havent checked, it broke since last patch, why on earth would I need a contract with I guild I created and own?
I dont see this option anywhere in guild window.

Every member (including master) needs an active contract to get the guild buffs.

To renew the contract just go to the guild member info in the guild window.  Click on the contract icon at the right side and renew your contract.

But this is illogical. I am the creator and sole owner of my guild, why do I need to renew the contract with the guild I created for myself, and pay for it (to whom?). This doesnt make any sense.

You don't pay anything.

But yes, it doesn't make any sence.
