Unable to claim / bring Twitch drops

I collected all the rewards from Twitch, and they are in my Twitch inventory. When I try to receive them in the web storage it says I don't have any available drops. Are the drops time locked, or is something else preventing me from collecting?
I do have my account linked, and I was able to claim previous drops from Twitch.
