So I see support is doing a great job in getting around taking care of tickets 5 day shure show they do not care any more about what going on in game.

1. 5 days is not that long a time for a ticket response for BDO on average. Its been much worse before
2. Its been 3 working days, not 5
3. The majority of NAEU GMs was occupied with the IRL events / travelling back
4. Tickets likely increased during that time due to lower coverage
5. Organising the Anniversary events in game and on stream takes time too
Aka basically, just be patient. Its not a bug to have to wait for a ticket reply for a bit.
