You keep falling under the map and getting stuck in boats and such if you switch to a character that is in the ocean ( vell for example ).  This issue is pretty frustrating as you can't properly participate in the Vell's world boss if you don't own a boat.

Steps:
(1) Login in
(2) Play for at least 30 minutes
(3) Switch to a character that is in Vell's realm
(4) Observe that the character keeps falling under the ocean and is clipping/ getting stuck in boats and other objects
