UI reset on a crash account wide.

My computer crashed when I came back in and re-launched the game my entire game settings were reset. All my character order, entire UI of all characters, quick slot settings, everything. Playing this game since launch and I have never seen this happen and this is certainly not the first crash I have had with multiple computers over the 10 years of playing BDO.
If anyone has any recommendations, it would be appreciated.

You should be able to download your settings through the Settings archive function that you can access via the Settings UI. This should restore everything
