Hello! I am Guild Leader for my Guild HamSlam, and we have discovered a bug that has never been seen before. I sent in a Support Ticket and they responded saying the Dev Team is internally investigating the bug and working on a fix. BUT I was able to figure out a way to get past the bug in the mean time, and it worked! 1 day after we were able to get it fixed, I saw Sploots from the Guild Crontology, asking for a GM to help with a Guild related issue. Having just delt with the Guild Tax bug, I assumed that they had encountered the same bug and reached out to offer help if that was the case. They confirmed they ran into the same bug, and I shared with them the way to get past it. And since I now know that it was not an isolated issue, I am posting this "fix" for any other Guilds that run into the same bug, here is how I got past it. The bug itself is not yet fixed until the Dev Team patches it in an update, but it will get you out of the bug for the mean time.
We had won the Guild House Auction for Altinova 1, and after the first day of Maintanence Fees we were a little short on covering the full amount. Normally when that happens, members are able to deposit silver to donate towards the fees, but only lets you deposit enough to cover the fees. However due to the bug we were unable to pay the full amount due, and as a result we were completely unable to use any Guild functions at all. Our Maintenance fees are supposed to be 990,443,212 silver each day. We were successfuly able to add 988,756,962 silver via the Deposit button, but when trying to add anymore funds it says "You cannon pay more than the guild tax amount", even though it shows we still need to deposit 1,686,250 silver. I have deposited as much as possible, to where even trying to deposit just 1 silver it still won't allow us. It wouldn't let us sell any Guild items to the Guild Shop to gain any funds that way, it wont let us start any Guild Missions. Oddly enough, it will still allow members to collect their Dailly ay as well as any Guild Mission Wages, but afterwards will still only allow members to Deposit the same amount of silver that was paid out, bringing the Guild Funds back to 988,756,962 silver but not any higher.



Before we had discovered the bug, we had claimed the support funds so that we wouldnt have to pay as much out of pocket. A few days after discovering the bug I had realized this and came up with a plan. Since it would let us deposit all but a small amount of silver, my plan was that next Sunday at daily reset when the Guild Support Funds gets refreshed, we would deposit as much silver as it would let us and then claim the Guild Support Funds after. We had to watch as every day the unpaid Guild Taxes increased by about 1bil per day from the Guild House Maintenance Fees, and when Sunday came around we would have to give up nearly 10billion silver in personal funds in order to get out of the bug. AND IT WORKED! So for any Guilds that run into this same issue, you need to deposit as much funds as it will allow, and then claim the Guild Support Funds to cover the amount that cant be deposited. As long as you do it in the correct order, it will get you out of the negative funds and regain access to Guild functions.
But it is VERY IMPORTANT that after you get past the bug, you make sure that every day before the Guild House Maintenance Fees are applied that the Guild has more than enough funds to cover the fee. Until the Dev Team is able to patch the bug, if you end up having overdue Guild Taxes again you will get stuck bugged again. You will need to ensure you have more than enough to cover the daily fees until the Guild House lease ends and you stop getting maintenance fees.
We have requested that for the number of days we could not access the Guild House Wharf we paid alot for, that we get refunded not only the daily maintenance fees, but also the daily value of the winning bid cost. From Tuesday 3/31/26 at 5pm PDT until Sunday 4/5/26 at 5pm PDT. That is 120 hours, aka 5 whole days, that we were denied access because of the bug. The cost of the Winning Bid to get the Guild House was 19,808,864,254 silver for 14 days of the Guild House access, that makes each day worth 1,414,918,875 silver. Added together with the daily Guild House Maintenance Fees of 990,443,212 silver that we had to pay, adds up to 2,405,362,087 silver per day. For 5 days of denied access that is 12,026,810,435 silver that we had to pay using personal funds. It is only fair that the members who were forced to pay out of pocket get refunded the silver, since we should have had the chance to do Guild Missions to cover the rest of the fees. And since after we got past the bug we were able to do enough missions to cover all the fees for the remaining week, it shows that if we had the chance to do the missions we wouldn't have had to pay anything out of pocket.
Any Guild that encounters this bug is going to want to send in a Support Ticket and request to be reimbursed. Just mention that you encountered the Guild House Maintenance Fee bug. I will include screenshots of the conversation with Support for full transparency.








Hi, I'm an officer from the guild Crontology. Yesterday, we encountered this exact bug. On Sunday, we sucessfully acquired a guild house for crafting purporses, but Monday afternoon things immediately went awry. Due to an accidental fat-fingering, if you will, our GM spent much more of our funds than intended and we ended up dipping below the tax amount we were required to pay only a couple of hours later. We weren't able to make up the difference in time, and the entire guild functionality bugged out on us.
Obviously, by design, we were locked out of many guild activities and were unable to even sell to the guild store to pay the tax. We tried putting our own personal funds into the overall guild fund, but just as HamSlam experienced, the game started to tell us we'd reached the amount to pay the tax and would not allow us to put more into the funds, while the funds themselves were permanently stuck at 11million too few to *actually* reach the tax amount and let us pay. For context, the tax was 2.25bil and we were stuck at 2,239,362,000 and unable to get it ANY higher.

While we were trying to figure it out, I noticed that there was a difference between our guild funds listed on the guild menu and the funds listed in the guild STORAGE. This helped us figure out the problem, though not how to fix it - see below

As you can see, our guild funds as listed in STORAGE was the exact amount we needed to pay the tax - but when attempting the pay, the game would only register the amount lister on the GUILD PAGE instead. There was a disparity between what the game would register our funds at at one moment vs at the moment we tried to actually pay. This led to us finding, by pure concidence, a completely roundabout solution to the problem, and might help anyone else experiencing this incredibly weird issue.
One of our other officers swapped to another channel. The above picture took place on Ser4, and she swapped to Ser5 to sell fish and noticed that on Ser5, the listed funds had changed, though they still didn't match the funds listed in the storage window.

On Ser5, it had gone from being stuck at 2,239,362,000 to 2,249,900,000. Still not enough to pay, but the difference existing at all had her investigating further. On swapping to Ser6 next, she found our funds listed on the guild page to be...

The actual, correct amount sitting in our storage, according to the storage window. Our guild leader swapped to Serendia 6 and was able to successfully pay the tax, unlocking our guild! It seems that a key part of this bug is not the ability to pay the tax itself, but the GUILD FUNDS being registered differently during different functions. The GUILD FUNDS itself is bugged, and even after paying taxes, remains incredibly bugged for my guild. Example:

Immediately after paying the tax, we sold what we had in storage for 243million silver. However, the fund on our guild page was already saying something wildly different - 2.4BILLION instead. This issue is still persisting into the morning, with it saying we have approx 4.7billion when in reality there's something closer to 2.5billion in there. Also, the storage page is now bugging out as well, and only shows the correct amount for a brief window immediately after pressing 'refresh'. I have no idea what's going on here, but on the whole, it's been a very frustrating past day for the guild.
Our guild leader submitted a ticket when the issue first cropped up and has left it open, but the above information is everything that unfolded AFTER the ticket was first submitted.
We have ran into this same issue again but even worse this time. Now we cannot deposit any funds AT ALL. And if it stays like this we will end up locked out of all Guild functions for 2 WHOLE WEEKS. WHY IS THIS STILL NOT FIXED AND NOW EVEN WORSE THAN BEFORE?!!?
I went and tried the same thing Crontology did and checked server Serendia6, and for some odd reason it was the only server that displayed the correct amount of Guild Funds and was not bugged. I checked every single other server and for reason Serendia6 was the only one not bugged, and it seems that it may be a consistent work around!

Just when I think we are finally in the clear, we get this next bug. Nobody is able to turn in the mission and forfeighting and starting another missions keeps doing the same thing.
