When attempting to use a maid to transfer Krogdalo Sanctuary from Character A to Character B, if the horse is over 150 meters away from Sanctuary holder Character A, regardless of having Celestial Horse Calling Horn, an error is given "A horse outside the Sanctuary is too far away from your Sanctuary character."

Sanctuary text states "To transfer Krogdalo's Sanctuary via maids/butlers/assistants, the summoned mount must be within call distance of the character with the Sanctuary."
So if Character A has a Celestial Horse Calling Horn, the horse should be able to be out over 150m away and still be able to be recalled to transfer Krogdalo Sanctuary to Character B. The opposite is occurring instead, where the character attempting to maid the Sanctuary over is the one whose flute applies. 

Steps to recreate:
1) Have a character with Celestial Horse Calling Horn, Krogdalo Sanctuary, and a horse out from the Sanctuary.
2) Walk away 160m or more
3) Swap to a character with no Trainer's Flute or Calling Horn
4) Use a maid to attempt to pull Krogdalo Sanctuary

5) Observe issue: Sanctuary will not be transferred to you

I agree the description on the sanctuary could use some tweaking. This is the description and example they gave in the Jan 8 patch notes when they made the change. The character trying to pull the sanctuary into their inventory is the one that needs to have a flute capable of calling the horse, apparently.
