i grind in several areas to see if it was just the area not giving exp,( Under Gyfin, Schultz and even manes) but when logging into the tagged char at level 32 i click gain exp and the dial doesnt change, not even 0.01% 

it worked on other characters to do this but for some reason the system doesnt work anymore
