15 hour premium outfit box twitch drop not being delivered

I watched all 15 hours of twitch on the first day of the new event drops and got all milestone rewards except the 15 hour one, it says it's claimed on twitch but when going to the web storage into my PA account it says i don't have drops available to bring.
